The founder of Be Exceptional Network, Joseph Effiong has said that teachers need to be rewarded, supported and encouraged.

Mr Effiong, who stated this in opening remarks at The Future of Teaching Conference, said that it was time to raise passionate teachers who will value purpose over the pocket.
“In America, 55% of Teachers are said to be leaving their classroom according to a report by The National Education Association, the nation’s largest union.
“If America with a better minimum wage is battling with this kind of crisis what then is the place of Africa and Nigeria which has a lesser minimum wage and don’t pay attention to documentation.
